Acceptance of Terms

This is a binding agreement between you and Nice’ N Ethical. By using the website located at www.nicenethical.com, you agree to be bound by and to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by Nice’ N Ethical from time to time in its sole discretion. Amended Terms of Use are effective upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the service and the site. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

Site Access

When you are required to open an account to use or access Nice’ N Ethical, you must complete the registration process by providing an email address and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not use the account, username, email address or password of someone else at any time. You agree to notify Nice’ N Ethical immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, user name, email address or password. Nice’ N Ethical shall not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge.

User Content

Nice’ N Ethical permits the submission of comments, reviews, reactions, new businesses and updates regarding businesses and related information. You understand that whether or not such content is published, Nice’ N Ethical does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions. You shall be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of posting or publishing them. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws

Nice’ N Ethical reserves the right to terminate your post, review, receipt, transmission, or other distribution of any such content. Nice’ N Ethical intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms of Use or of any applicable laws.

Alleged Violations

Nice’ N Ethical reserves the right to terminate your use of the site at any time. You agree that Nice’ N Ethical may access your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or allegations of abuse or other unauthorized uses of the site. We reserve the right to terminate your account or your access to the site immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Nice’ N Ethical believes that you have violated any of the Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Finland. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finland in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of Nice’ N Ethical.

NICE ‘ N ETHICAL DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THE SITE AND DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SITE. THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES IS ACQUIRED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
